Every piece is made with love, natural stones, pearls and glass beads.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your piece comes damaged you may inquire about a refund. If that is the case we will ask for proof via photos and (or) videos.
Are any purchases final sale?
All items are final sale due to their exclusive nature.
When will my order ship?
Items are shipped every Friday of the week they're purchased. If you purchase your item on a Friday after 12pm, it will be subject to shipment the following Friday.
Where are your items manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select where each item is sourced to be sure there practices meet our personal standards.
Our silk bead string and gold findings are sourced from a small business out of California. Our pearls are sourced from various small businesses on the USA's East Coast. Our gems are both from a personal collection of a lifetime of gem hunting as well as a business in New York State.
Every piece is handcrafted by our in-house artisan, from initial design to final assembly. Each creation is carefully inspected and quality tested to ensure it meets our standards before being prepared for shipment.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
